Delivery:

• All orders will be delivered by Australia Post* unless otherwise agreed on, with the exception of e-books, which will be delivered electronically

Dispatch:

• Physical goods will be dispatched usually within 7 business days of order
• E-books will be delivered to a valid email address or a suitable link for download will be supplied, upon payment, subject to network availability
